Simultaneously with the Rental Application, the applicant(s) shall tender a forty dollar ($40.00) non-refundable Application Processing Fee to partially cover the cost associated with processing and investigation. Optionally, an applicant may have the property of interest held and solely reserved by providing a non-refundable Reservation Deposit equal to one months rent. If Application is approved, A Reservation Deposit shall be credited and applied as the first month’s rent. If Applicant is denied the Reservation Deposit will be Refunded.

Qualified Applicants can be considered for “Owner Financing” which requires a minimum down payment equal to or greater than 10% of the Selling Price of the property of interest. Other terms and conditions apply based on current finances, past credit history, and references. Call the office for further details.
